Grocery Problems, Refunds and Cancellation

This policy covers grocery order problems and cancellation. Current practice orders and Stripe sandbox checkout do not collect real payments.

Missing, Wrong or Damaged Groceries

Please report missing, incorrect or damaged groceries to admin@plumrun.shop within 48 hours after delivery. Include your order number, affected items and any available photographs. This is a reporting window measured from delivery, not a requirement to return groceries within two days of purchase.

Original packaging or an unused condition is not required to report a problem. Do not ship or return perishable groceries unless PlumRun provides specific instructions. We review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy.

The reporting window does not remove or shorten rights or remedies under applicable law or your payment provider's dispute procedures.

Cancellation

Cancellation is free before a shopper accepts an order. After acceptance, contact admin@plumrun.shop to request cancellation. Charges for a paid order are limited to groceries already purchased for that order and documented shopping work already performed, using a rate disclosed and agreed before ordering. There is no extra cancellation penalty. Any recovered store refund or credit is taken into account so the customer is not charged twice.

How to Report a Problem

Email admin@plumrun.shop with the order number, affected items and a description of the problem. Include available photographs, but do not send full card numbers or account passwords. We may request information needed to review the issue.

Approved Refunds

For paid orders, approved refunds will be submitted to Stripe within 5 business days after approval. The customer's bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds. Practice and sandbox transactions do not transfer real money.
