Cookie and Local Storage Policy

This policy covers cookies, browser local storage and similar technologies used with https://plumrun.shop. It supplements our Privacy Policy. External services, including Stripe checkout, have their own notices and storage practices.

Cookies and Similar Storage

Cookies are small pieces of data stored by a browser. Local storage is another browser storage mechanism. Storage can support sign-in, preferences and security; local storage is not automatically the same as a cookie.

PlumRun stores an opaque sign-in token and a theme preference in local storage. Cloudflare provides website protection and Turnstile verification, which process technical security signals and may use necessary security storage. Stripe checkout has separate payment-related storage practices.

The current product does not use advertising or general visitor-analytics tools. We will update this policy if these practices change.

Optional Delivery Maps

The website does not load the delivery map until the customer chooses Show delivery map. That choice loads an embedded OpenStreetMap map with the shopper's latest shared coordinates. OpenStreetMap receives the requested map area and coordinates and ordinary request information such as the viewer's IP address and browser characteristics. Its service may use its own cookies or similar storage under the OpenStreetMap Foundation Privacy Policy. Declining to load the map does not prevent viewing order status or using order chat.

PlumRun does not store the shopper's delivery GPS fixes in browser cookies or local storage. The latest fix is held temporarily by the delivery-tracking service and is available for less than 120 seconds during an active delivery before arrival, as described in the Website Privacy Policy.

Your Storage Choices

Browser settings can control or clear cookies and local storage. Clearing sign-in storage may sign you out. Blocking necessary storage or security functionality may prevent some features from working. You can change the theme preference within PlumRun.

If a cookie preference control is made available on the website, it can be used for the categories it manages. We do not currently load advertising or general visitor-analytics tools that require those optional categories.
