I’m Rob, PlumRun’s founder and a personal shopper. I believe handing someone your grocery list means trusting them with part of your day. That deserves care, good judgment and clear communication.
PlumRun Delivery LLC is based in Castle Rock, Colorado. Our focus is simple: make the shopping feel considered, make the details easier to communicate, and give you one less thing to manage.

Respect your preferences
Your preferred brand, size and replacement instructions matter. Add notes to individual items so your shopper has the details while shopping.
Keep you in the conversation
Message your shopper during your order. If an item is unavailable, your replacement preferences and the replacement review process guide what happens next.
Finish thoughtfully
Choose a handoff or doorstep delivery and leave clear instructions. A sleeping baby, a quiet drop or a particular spot for the bags is part of the job.
How replacement review works
You have two minutes to approve or decline a proposed replacement. Without a response, it is approved automatically. Choose the refund-only option for items you do not want replaced, and keep an eye on your order while shopping is underway.

Your shopper does more than bring bags to the door. They walk the aisles, choose individual items, check quality, handle unavailable products, communicate with you, and carry your groceries through delivery.
If that care makes your day easier, an optional tip is a way to recognize the person who provided it.

For paid orders, 100% of your tip is allocated to your assigned shopper. Our shopping standards apply to every order, with or without a tip.

We serve Castle Rock, Castle Pines and supported addresses around Franktown, Sedalia and south Parker near Bayou Gulch Road.
See delivery boundaries
Franktown and Sedalia: within 8 miles of the town center. South Parker: within 3 miles of Bayou Gulch near Parker Road, including neighborhoods on both sides. Every delivery must also be within our 25-mile Castle Rock service radius. Your full address is verified; a ZIP code alone does not guarantee delivery.
A small, thoughtful opening.
During our limited opening, the grocery subtotal is capped at $75 per order. Availability is limited; check your address and the full estimate at checkout.
We shop everyday groceries and household essentials. Alcohol, tobacco, medicine and age-restricted items are excluded.
